Thanks for your interest in Beautiful Cleaning!  We hope the following information will be helpful.  Please contact us with any additional questions.

  •   WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED?  Moving items heavier than 20lbs. Outdoor work.  Pet liter boxes. Removal of pet or pet bodily fluids.  Areas above our reach using a 3-step ladder. 


  • WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU COME TO MY HOME?  When making an appointment, let us know if you have any request or areas of concern.  Please pick up household items and clothes

    • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY? - Cancelation is required 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning. A late cancellation fee will apply.​


    • IS A CLEANING CONTRACT REQUIRED? No, but available upon request.      

    • DO YOU PROVIDE CLEANING SUPPLIES?  We prefer that you provide your own cleaning supplies.  However, we will provide all necessary supplies for an additional fee.


    • DO YOU WEAR UNIFORMS?  Yes. Our shirts include our company name and our slogan 

    • SOMETHING MISSED OR NOT CLEANED?  Always let us know within 24 hours if you have any concerns. We will return to address any issues asap. 


    • DO YOU ACCEPT TIPS?  Tips are always appreciated.   


    • IS YOUR WORK GUARANTEED? Yes!!!  We aim to please.  


    • WHAT IF SOMETHING BREAKS? We will immediately communicate any incident.


    • DO YOU HAVE A REFERRAL DISCOUNT PROGRAM? Yes!  

    • ARE GIFT CERTIFICATES AVAILABLE? Yes!
